Australian Permanent Resident Visas

Australia is a dream destination for many people around the world. Those who have already lived and worked in Australia may be eligible to apply for permanent residency (PR).

Family Stream Permanent Visas

  • Children adopted or in the process of being adopted outside Australia.

Investor and Business Stream Visas

These visas are designed for individuals who wish to explore business or investment opportunities in Australia.

The process typically involves the following steps:

  1. The business obtains a letter of endorsement from the Designated Area Representative (DAR).

  2. The business enters into a DAMA (Designated Area Migration Agreement) labour contract with the relevant department.

  3. The department evaluates the DAMA application and, upon approval, the business can nominate foreign employees under the program.

  4. Nominated employees can then apply for a work visa under the Labour Agreement Stream.
